3/4c brown sugar
1 egg
1tsp vanilla
3/4tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
1/2c choc chips (I used dark)
- Preheat oven to 180deg C
- Beat peanut butter and brown sugar until creamy
- Add all other ingredients
- Place on lined baking tray, press with fork
- Bake for 8-9 mins, don't over bake
- Let cool slightly on baking tray before shifting to cooling rack
